I had to make a print media ad for Puma. When planning on making the print ad i was thinking of using either flash or Photoshop and in the end i decided to choose Photoshop. In the advert i used a picture of the limited edition world cup 2014 puma football boots. I also used a stormy kind of background because of the slogan 'bring the storm to the game'. I made the writing pink and blue the same color as the boots. When doing the writing it was very hard to get the exact same color as the boots so i used the ink tool and took samples of the color and put it on my writing. I also had to get rid of the background on the boots and it took me a while to rub it all out but in the end i thought it came out alright. Yes i do because if it makes the product stand out and its not that hard to look at it is going to get a lot of attention so if people are looking at it they are going to want a pair of them.

I think my print ad is presentable there is nothing on there that offends people it is also easy to look at you can read the writing easy its not hard to read it stands out. You can see the product it stands out right in the middle of the advert and i also have included the logo in the bottom corner so everyone knows who made the product. There is a clear message in my advert that when you wear the boots you get more accuracy and more power. I do think it is suitable for the target audience because the words i have used like accuracy most people who play football know what accuracy is. I used exaggeration when saying more accuracy and more power because it doesn't give you more power and accuracy it just draws some people in because there is some people who believe it. If i was to do it again i would of put more stuff in it like probably try and use celebrity endorsement because that seems to work with everything else. Overall i think it came out good its not to complicated its standard its got the logo the product in the middle.
Radio Advert
I had to make a radio advert for puma as well. When planning the radio advert i used Celtx to write the script on then i used reaper to make the radio advert. There were some difficulties when making this advert like trying to get my voice clear while having music playing in the background but i found out how to do it and i think it turned out alright. I think it does help sell the product in a way but i don't think a radio advert helps to sell products from football. Because mainly when you buy a pair of boots you buy them because of the style but how can you show the consumer what they look like through words. You can describe them but to get all of the detail in it will be too long and te people listening will have got bored and not listened.
I know this is not a radio advert but Puma don't have any radio ads so we just said we will use the audio of this TV ad. My advert is presentable to the audience because there is no bad language or slang it is in proper English so everyone can understand it. The techniques i used is exaggeration when i said kick with more power and accuracy. If i was to do it again i would probably be a bit more enthusiastic with my voice and spend more time getting the song in the background better. Overall i think it came out good i like the song how it lowers when i start to talk and it is presentable its clear and not offensive.
